Local tax

In Lana, a local tax of 2.10 € per person and day is charged from 01.01.2025. It applies to guests aged 14 and over and is added to the daily price. This tax does not benefit Greiterhof; we collect it for the tourism levy.

Payment and deposit

For a binding booking we ask for a deposit of 30 % of the total amount. Exact information is provided in your booking confirmation.

The remaining amount can be transferred before arrival or paid in cash or by card on arrival or departure. If you prefer to transfer the amount in advance, we will be happy to provide our bank details.

Cancellation

Cancellation policy

• From 6 to 3 weeks before arrival, 50 % of the total price will be charged.
• From 3 to 1 week before arrival, 80 % of the total price will be charged.
• From 1 week before arrival until the arrival date, 100 % of the total price will be charged.

Waiver of cancellation fees

If we can rent the apartment to someone else after a cancellation, we waive the cancellation fees. Otherwise, the date on which we receive the cancellation determines the fee. In case of late arrival or early departure, the agreed total price for the booked stay will be charged.

In the event of cancellation and refund of the deposit, we reserve the right to retain a processing fee of 20.00 €.

We recommend travel cancellation insurance. As a guest of a Red Rooster farm, you can calculate the premium and arrange cover through Europäische Reiseversicherung ↗(opens in a new tab) .
